Front Desk Representative

We are a rapidly growing Urgent Care company seeking a long term team player who is creative, analytical, driven, confident and has a vibrant personality with excellent people skills.

Candidate MUST have:

  1. One year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  2. One year of Insurance Verification experience
  3. Customer service skills

 

Job Skills Required:

a) Patient Services: Ability to greet patients warmly, verify their identification and insurance plans and payment procedures. Knowledge of medical laws and policies where applicable.

b) Insurance Verification: Understand the different insurances and how their premiums and payments work to correctly bill patients.

c) ‪Customer Service: Use people skills in order to reach and understand the needs of patients and ensure patient satisfaction with their overall experience

d) Administrative: Ability to multi-task, ensure up to date clinic settings and complete other tasks as per the needs of the business. Work on different business software as required by the role. Understand the workflow and maintain productivity in the clinic.

e) Transportation: The job requires applicant have their own transportation.

f) Communication: Applicant must be able to communicate effectively with clinic staff and travel to various clinic centers when required.

Required Education: High school or equivalent

SmartCare Urgent Care is a walk-in medical clinic with several convenient centers in and around the metro-Atlanta area. SmartCare centers are open 7 days a week and no appointment is necessary to see a doctor.
